I have lost my tickets.

For some events/venues, tickets cannot be replaced therefore we strongly advise that you keep your tickets in a safe place once received. Should you lose your tickets, please get in touch with our team who can check to see if an alternate method of entry can be arranged. 


To get in touch, please track your order using your order reference number, post code, last 4 digits of your payment card or full telephone number and our customer service contact form will be displayed under your order details. Our team is very busy, we apologise for any delays in advance. Our team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
