The event I have booked for has been rescheduled, can I get a refund?

If the event you have booked for has been postponed you will receive an email to confirm this with details of the new date.

 

If you would like to attend the new date the good news is you do not need to do anything! If you have the tickets then keep hold of them and use them for the new date.

 

If you have not yet received the tickets they will be sent in advance of the event, usually up to 28 days before. You can track your order here

 

If you cannot attend the new date and would like a refund on your booking, please use the online contact form here to request a refund. You are welcome to request a refund on part of your order.

Please note that if you have received your tickets we will need them returning to process the refund. Details of how to return the tickets and the refund deadline can be found in the email.

 

Refunds are automatically credited back to the original source of payment and will take 28 working days to clear. 

 

Due to current events, our team are very busy and we apologise for any delays in advance, if you have requested a refund we are working as fast as we can to process your refund for you.
