What happens if my event is rescheduled, can I get a refund?

If the event you have booked for has been rescheduled you will receive an email to confirm this with details of the new date. 


If you would like to attend the new date the good news is you do not need to do anything! If you have the tickets then keep hold of them and use them for the new date. If you have not yet received the tickets they will be sent nearer the time of the new date. You can track your order here.


If you cannot attend the new date and would like a refund on your booking, please use the online contact form here to request a refund. You are welcome to request a refund on part of your order if required. Please select the drop down option My event has significantly changed, what are my options?


Please note that if you have received your tickets in the post you may need to return to them for us to process the refund. If this is the case, details of how to return the tickets and the refund deadline can be found in the email.


Refunds are automatically credited back to the original source of payment and will take 28 working days to clear. If there are any issues refunding you, we will contact you via email for new details. More information can be found here if you have new card details.
