What if the event is cancelled, how do I get a refund?

If the event you have booked for has been cancelled, you will receive an email to confirm this and the details of the refund. Refunds are automatically credited back to the original source of payment and will take up to 28 working days to clear. 

 

If there are any issues refunding you, we will contact you via email for new details. More information can be found here if you have new card details.
