Tickets for certain events will be delivered digitally by venues or event organisers. This could be via the venues own mobile app or the tickets may be emailed to you by the venue.

If your tickets are being delivered via a venue app, you’ll need to download the app on your mobile and sign up with the same email address you used to place your order so that you can access your tickets.

If your tickets are being emailed to you by the venue, they will be emailed to the same address your used to place your order.
