Where are my tickets?
The vast majority of our theatre, exhibition, music and festival tickets are generally despatched 7-10 days before the event. We must first receive the ticket stock, before we can despatch them to you. We are not able to send the tickets to you earlier unfortunately.
Once your order has been despatched you will be notified via email.
If you are travelling from overseas to an event and you haven't received your tickets, please be sure to track your order and contact our customer service team before you are due to travel.
If you do not receive your tickets two working days before the event please track your order and contact our customer service team via the contact form which can be found at the bottom of the page.
