My tickets have not arrived and the event is within two days.

We are sorry to hear that your tickets haven't arrived. Please track your order and contact our customer service team via the contact form which can be found at the bottom of the page.

 

By using our contact form it will log a note on your order to say that you have contacted us. If your event is within 48 hours, our customer service team will get back to you with 2 hours.
