I haven't received my E-Tickets

If you are having any issues with your PDF tickets, you can request for the confirmation email with PDF ticket attached to be resent to your email address or you can download your tickets when you track your order. Here you can also update your email address if required.

 

To have your confirmation email and PDF ticket resent simply click the Resend confirmation email box.

Any problems with this, please try opening the PDF tickets on another device / browser and if your problem still persists, please track your order and get in touch via our customer service contact form.
