I have been refunded incorrectly

If you believe that your order has been refunded in error or the incorrect quantity of tickets have been refunded, please track your order and get in touch via our customer service area and fill out our customer service contact form. 

 

Please track your order using your order reference number and your post code, full telephone number or last 4 digits of your payment card.

 

Please note that a face value refund is issued when a show is cancelled or postponed. More information here.
