My event has been cancelled but I have not been informed?

When an event is cancelled or postponed, before we can inform our customers we must receive official confirmation from the organisers first. Should an event cancel or postponed for any reason, our customer service team will be in touch with you as soon as this is announced.


If you do not receive any update regarding any cancellations, the event will still be going ahead as planned.


If the event has cancelled, you will be notified accordingly.
