I am unable to make reschedule date , can I could can have exchange instead of a refund?

If the event you have booked for has been postponed you will receive an email to confirm this with details of the new date.

 

If you would like to attend the new date the good news is you do not need to do anything! If you have the tickets then keep hold of them and use them for the new date.
