My event was postponed, are my current tickets valid?

This is confirmed in the email update we send you so do read the email carefully. Generally your tickets will be valid for the new date please keep them safe.

 

If your tickets were set for collection at the venue, this will be rearranged for the new date/venue accordingly.

 

If you have not received tickets, please contact us two working days before the new date as there is still time to get the tickets to you. Please get in touch via our contact form.
