Initially, we must make an attempt to refund the original card your placed the order with, however, due to the current coronavirus pandemic, our call centre is currently closed and therefore regret that you are unable to call our team with replacement card details in order to facilitate this refund.
Once this changes we will of course be in touch straight away.
