For some events/venues, tickets cannot be replaced therefore we strongly advise that you keep your tickets in a safe place once received.
Should you lose your tickets, please get in touch with our team who can check to see if an alternate method of entry can be arranged.

You will receive a response within 24 hours, but if your event is within this timefame, you will receive an email within 2 hours.
