I am having trouble buying tickets in a pre-sale

  • If there is a code you are entering this with no spaces at the beginning or end
  • The presale has actually commenced (you may not be able to get in prior to the time it is starting

 

If you have entered your code and the transaction failed, then please wait a few minutes until our website acknowledges that the transaction was unsuccessful. You can keep trying to get back in and will eventually get back in to try for your tickets on a subject to availability basis.
