I purchased Ticketplan, can I get a refund due to the Coronavirus?

If you have been directly impacted or have been exposed to the virus and is either unwell or require to be quarantined, and as a result unable to attend an event that is taking place, TicketPlan will consider these applications for consideration. 

 

However, anyone affected by a ban on travel or who simply does not want to attend due to the outbreak of Coronavirus will regrettably be declined.

 

TicketPlan will be as flexible as possible in terms of what they will accept to verify self-isolation but an email or letter from the NHS confirming that you require to self-isolate due to exposure of the virus will be accepted.
