Will my event get postponed due to Coronavirus?

If your event is rescheduled to a new date you will be contacted by email. Your order will be valid for the new date. If you have received your new tickets please keep hold of them. If you have not received your tickets please remember tickets can be received up to 10 days before the date of the event and you can track your order here https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice

 

If an event is cancelled you will be contacted via email and you are entitled to a refund of the price of your ticket. For cancelled events refunds are processed automatically so there is no need to contact us. 

 

If you do not hear from us then the event is going ahead and there is no need to contact us. If the event is still scheduled to go ahead, we are unable to offer a refund.
