I cannot see my order in the O2 Arena app

If you are having a problem with your O2 Arena App please check the following:


  • Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the venue app
  • Check that you are trying to login using the same email address used to place the order
  • Was a typo made in the email address used when making the booking? This can be resolved by getting in touch with your ticket agent
